Eastside Hosting has a NO REFUND POLICY in Terms of Service; Section 5.

Eastside Hosting ("Eastside Hosting") agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following ("Terms of Service").

Use of Eastside Hosting Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to AUP ("Acceptable Use Policy"), TOS ("Terms of Service"), DMP ("Domain Policy") and WDA ("The Webdesign Agreement").

All provisions of this contract are subject may be changed from time to time at the discretion of Eastside Hosting. Subscriber understands that change to the TOS, AUP, DMP and WDA by the Eastside Hosting shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.

This Agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the state of Monroe, Michigan 48161 applicable to contracts enforceable in that state. Venue will be Monroe, Michigan 48161.

When you purchase a domain name from Eastside hosting, your one year contract takes effect the same day. If you choose to terminate your account with our service before the one year ends; as a penalty we will hold the domain name in our control.

Your domain name can be redeemed by doing all the following:

Payments all on time

Good Standards

You comply with a 30 day notice that your terminating your account

$15 Transfer Fee

However, after your one year contract is over, you will have the choice to stay with us here at Eastside Hosting or move on to another hosting company. If you do choose to stay with us, your renew fee (of the domain) will be charged with the next hosting payment and your domain will be handed over to you. If you choose not to stay with Eastside Hosting after the one year, your renew fee would still be due but the domain name will be handed over to you.
